We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for FINAL SALE ITEMS, EARRINGS, and VINTAGE JEWELRY, so please keep in mind that all these items' sales are final.

How can I return an order?

We gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise should be accompanied by the original packing slip. Return labels can be obtained by clicking on My Account or the website footer. There, enter your email, and we'll send you a login code. Return postage will be charged. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
